Project Properties Window, Not showing entire window

Anyway to adjust the Project Properties Window. The (OK, CANCEL, APPLY) are not shown. I have to tab to the bottom and hope that hits the "OK" button.

Your screen resolution has been set too low, or your Windows text size is set too large.

Thank you. It is weird, because the Vegas Pro 17 it is fine, but Vegas Pro 19, it is not.
