Receiving original email (containing all passwords) again for Record

I purchased upgrade version of Magix Vegas Pro 14, on June 19,2017 from <us-shop@magix.net . My Order Number is 20170619011493700MXC. I wish to receive again the first email sent to me on 19-06-2017containing all passwords for all softwares for printing and record. Is it possible Sir?

In your Magic account you should be able to find all your registrations in "My Software."

MAGIX My Account > My products does not include info on the third-party add-ons that you may have. It was the same with My Software on the SCS account.

If you have gmail as your email program you could try typing in the" search mail" box to see if you still have the email.

Sorry Sir I had the habit of deleting messages older than a month which of no future use and in those, erroneously that email from the seller (sent to my email) got deleted. Just I wish to ask whether can I get the same email from from <us-shop@magix.net sir so that I can take a print of it and preserve the email?

You need to ask Magix direct. Please try https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request or infoservice@magix.net.

But as above said, the Magix apps keys should be found on your Magix Account. For your BCC and NewBlue plugins try and log in to borisfx.com and newbluefx.com to see if the keys are on your account there.
