Is there a shortcut or script to zoom the timeline so that the entire project is displayed?

Sorry to dig up an ancient thread. Also toggle F11 to hide/show the docking area.

I just use the mouse wheel.

Mouse wheel to zoom horizontally.

Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to flip between tracks.

Ctrl+Shift+Up Arrow to zoom track height.

The suggestion from SonyDennis in that ancient 2003 thread was Ctrl+Down Arrow. For me it makes the entire project (length) display on the timeline. No mouse involved in this shortcut.)

(Before jetdv's comment there he already had more than 800 comments on the SCS forum. Up to more than 7.5K by now.)

@vkmast @walter-i.

Up to now I had just used the mouse wheel, but now Ctrl + down arrow, is excellent.

While checking this out just now, I found that simply double clicking on the horizontal scroll bar does the same!

Thank you everyone together @vkmast @JJKizak @Musicvid @JN-

I searched for an hour last night, but couldn't find Ctrl+down arrow, which is very OK for me as I want to assign it to a button on my Shuttle Pro V2.
So far I have always used the mouse wheel - but to get an overview of the project again, Ctrl+down arrow is ideal.

Thanks again
Walter

"Ctrl" means push the Control key

"+" means hold down the key you just pressed

"Down arrow" means while holding down the Control key, press the ↓ key

I've never seen it written otherwise

And on a German/Austrian keyboard "Crtl" key is called "Strg".
