SoundForge 10 not working anymore on Windows 10 (further to updates)

Hi,
I have been having problems launching SoundForge 10 ever since Windows 10 decided to run some updates recently...
I tried to run SoundForge 10 as administrator but to no avail.
I have tried upgrading from the latest available version on the Magix website ....

Is there anything I should know or anything I am doing wrong ?

Sound Forge 7 still working here, even after the infamous Windows update.
