Vegas Pro 16 refund after X days.. ?

Hey guys, i am currently owning VP15 and i still get the pop up window to update to VP16 for 199 usd.

Is that update covered by a refund in X days in case the software does not run as i hope it will ?

And before that you can use the trial version for 30 days with small limitations for export

So.. i bought the upgrade to my VP15 Edit and so far no crashes (on 3 GB file edit) but it's just the same speed at rendering as "old" VP15. Same ~50% cpu usage (Ryzen7 2700x) and same max 20% gpu usage (GTX1080). I hope i payed for bug fixes at least..

I was expecting a bit of improvement over VP15.. Cyberlink PowerDirector 16 from last year uses like 30% of my gpu, Pinnacle Studio 22 uses almost 30% but VP16 stays at 17-20%..

I love VP's timeline flexibility but the time it takes to render my 1440p videos is kindof.. long..

Did you expect it would be faster? Improvements across versions have been incremental over 15 years, no showstoppers I can recall.

Yes, i was expecting a faster export via NVENC (since other editors do it faster - so it is possible).
