VegasPro19 is crashing too often. Need a US tech person on the phone!

USVegas Pro 19 is crashing and or locking up frequently. Is there a tech support phone number in the US? I need help going through my settings with a real person? I would happily PAY for support. The crashing issue happens when I am just editing and then the system locks up during rendering. I am a self-taught editor making concert videos and could really use some professional tech support. I bought 19 hoping it would solve my problems but it has actually caused more. Also, each new version of the software wipes out my rendering preferences. I am not sure if my choice of kodec is making things worse. Can anyone please help me?

Try a reset of Vegas and go to help/driver update and update your GPU drivers.

Refox : My specs are i9 64 gigs of ram windows 10 great graphics card.

3 point: I installed the new build and it happened again today.

Musicvd: Yes sometimes it grays out other times the circle just spins forever and I have to use Task manager to end the program.
