I have sony vegas platinum 11. I render a XAVC-S file I adjust the project settings to 1920 by 1080 50 double Pal. I then get the render output settings which read HD 1920 by 1080-50P and it says use this template for maximum quality. It says it renders at 26 mega bites a second. I check the custom settings and I cannot render higher than 26. I render a 35 minute file and I check file properties and it says the data rate which reads 21369kbps which i believe is just over 21 mega bites a second. Is this the maximum rate or could it be higher. The 35 minute file is 5.24 GB. Just checking im getting the maximum quality. I have a older 30 minute minidv file which is 6.91GB for 31 minutes and thats standard definition. Although the HD file looks fantastic. Thanks
