Hey everyone! I'm having some trouble on Sony Vegas Pro 17
It's difficult for me to edit because the preview is constantly stuttering, sometimes even on simple clips with no layering besides audio. It's really hard to edit transitions and FX if I can't even play a simple clip without anything done to it. I'm not particularly tech savvy, and I know that this issue has been brought up hundreds of times by now, but I cannot find any solutions that have worked for me.
It might be worth noting that most of these clips came from capturing footage on OBS Studio, but footage from my camcorder only seems to stutter once I start layering over it.
What I've tried based on scouring the internet:
-Reducing the preview setting. I've gone to even the lowest setting (draft auto), still stuttering really badly
-reducing dynamic RAM preview max to 0. Also tried halving it and other values, as per others' suggestions that I found
-turned GPU acceleration of video processing off
-unchecking "optimize GPU display performance"
-unchecking "recompress edited frames"
-set "enable openCL/GL Interop" to FALSE
-set "enable multi stream render" to TRUE
-reduced project frame rate from 59 NTSC to 29 NTSC
-setting Sony Vegas priority to "High" from the task manager
Here's my computer specs:
Intel i5 6500 3.20GHz
16 GB of RAM
NVIDIA Gefore GTX 1070
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Here's mediainfo from an OBS capture, I'll list the info from a camera video after. I use a Canon Vixia HF R800 HD.

Thanks to anyone who can offer any advice! I used to have this issue on Vegas 14 also. I'd really like to figure this out so i can edit smoothly. I'm still searching around for solutions on other posts and on Youtube, it's just that so far nobody's solutions have worked for me personally. I like Sony Vegas overall, but I find it harder to edit without being able to preview my work properly.
