Has this always been a problem over the years or this just a recent problem that has cropped up? If the latter, have there been any changes to your system? And if so what are those changes?
It might be a good idea to post the same question on Pro Logic's forum (if you haven't already done so) to widen the possibility of a solution.
You didn't say MP3s and AIFFs have the same problem originally. Totally different file types so I would question the Mac User. I doubt if anything changed in Vegas to cause all audio files to not play on a Mac.
As a 20 year commercial user of Vegas Pro, I am impressed with your experience and wonder why we have never seen you before ;?)
Will you upload one of your .wav files to Drive or Dropbox that is causing issues on Mac, so that we may examine its parameters and hopefully reproduce your reported issues independently? Thanks.
what are the specs of the WAV files you are creating?
thanks for the response. industry standard 16_44 but I tried all the formats with similar results. was hoping just trying another file type would solve it but mp3 and aiff are also affected the same. its a real head scratcher.
16 bit integer 44.1Khz is a consumer Audio CD format, and not a video, commercial recording, or industry standard by any stretch of the imagination.
Well, the OP has replaced his original anecdote again as well as deleting previous responses and left us a cryptic message instead (which has since been removed). Guess there are some things he doesn't want to share. But his post history makes an interesting read.
For the record, the original title of this topic was "Vegas Pro 19 WAV Files Have Static and White Noise In Logic Pro", later changed to "Vegas Pro 19 WAV Files Have Static and White Noise During Mac Playback".
