does customer service exist

does customer service exist...My computer crashed and I am rebuilding...I have a Serial Number for a product I purchased, it is not listed in my software list and when I try to register the serial number, I am refused, I have the original email with the link to download the upgrade which does not work...I have spent an hr looking for customer service on the website, I have been with Vegas my whole editing life time, I am a huge fan and I have always loved the product, even with its idiosyncrasies (no bodies perfect). I plan to upgrade but only if the company shows loyalty to it's long time customers and finds a way to keep me happy to be a customer.

thank you for your quick response. I feel I am now in the right direction...I followed 4 and 7 and did 4 downloads and received a "download is corrupted" box every time

not sure what to do next

I think you'll need to go here and use your old SCS login.

There, you'll find your serial numbers, which should work right away in your Magix account->My products. Note that you will have separate serial numbers for your three products.

Any chance you know how I get Vegas Pro 11 and DVD Architect Pro 5.2 and Vegas pro 18 listed on my Serial Numbers and Downloads list. I dont want to give up using Pro 11 till I am sure 18 is not going to give me problems...
