My movie studio version 14 notified me about upgrading to 16.... I thought, ok, why not... So I did! Only to find out that the latest version is actually 17!!

I have been trying, with no success, to find a customer support number or chat area, to get someone to help me get version 17. Please help. I have never struggled so much to find technical support!!! Crazy.... Is anyone actually out there??
