Help with installation Move studio Platinium 13

Hello all, I recently upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to 10. How do I get my 13 back? The shortcut is there on the desktop ofc but nothing else. I don't want to have to re-buy it. I use it for making a video stream for work so I don't need to upgrade. Help? I have my old hard drive but I don't think that's helpful.

The download instructions are in this FAQ. See sections 2, 3, and 4. Try 3 as you should see your Serial Number there. (Note that with Sony versions, after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".)

In 2016 VEGAS_EricD mentioned this: "Sony required license maintenance after 5 installs in any one calendar year." This may have changed over the years as I recall comments about that number being somewhere between 4 and 10, no time period mentioned.
