How can I solve this VP17 Steam edition problem

I want editing mp4 file. so I load my mp4 file but suddenly this program do not work. and I couldn't see, and couldn't find render as mp4 or wmv file at vegas pro 17 steam edition.

what is the problem? and How can I solve this problem?

Where did this MP4 come from? Was it recorded by a device, like a phone or a camera, or by software?

Open the MP4 in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of this report and paste it to this forum. With this detailed report we'll better be able to advise you.

@Dexcon we've been recommending one or the other. Nick's FAQ advises "Open your file with it, and switch it to text view ("View" > "Text")".

Thanks @vkmast ... I see what you mean. I didn't know about 'View Text' - I've always gone for 'Tree' - but both are quite similar and equally informative from what I can see.
