Such as how do I move a group of edited sound bites and edited video clips all at once?

After you've done what Musicvid advises, move group/events by dragging to a new position. More in online Help /Search "moving events".

Probably best to start with Ripple turned off, as well.

How do I select them in groups? When I highlight them it won't let me do anything group wise

I'm using Movie Studio 14.0

edit:

What I mean is that it won't let me put them all into the same group, pressing "g" doesn't do anything or make anything appear and ripple mode is off. I posted a picture of everything I'm trying to group together so I can put it in its proper place since I've been editing chunks of my video randomly as I go

According to the comparison table Event grouping should be possible in Magix Movie Studio 14. The screengrabs are from MS Platinum 14, but try again if you can see something similar in your MS.

The selected events grouped and moved:

Anyway, I'd suggest this.

Multiple event selection and grouping using Ctrl+Click and moving work just fine in VMS 14.

I just tried it.

You can also use the appropriate selection tool to select multiple events!

If the Ignore Event Grouping button is highlighted, it will, errm.... ignore event grouping. Is that it perhaps?
