How to Re-install Sony Movie Studio 13 on new PC

I have my License number which I can directly copy from the Magix "Product info" page. However, when trying to re-install Sony Movie Studio 13 on a new PC, it will not recognize my license. I tried with, and with-out, hyphens. I assume that I must contact support. However, I cannot find any way to contact Support to reset my installation count or clear my old info.

I am stuck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

On that page are no real license numbers.Therefore you have to go to Your Magix Account on this page :https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

You can double check your Sony MSP 13 serial number here (You will need your old Sony site password).

As @Musicvid suggests, log in to your account at https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/myaccount/home and go to mysoftware there. It still shows SCS software Serial Numbers there.

To reset your installation count, try contacting Online Live Chat, please see the comment here.

And be sure not to mix the basic and Platinum versions when you download/install. The S/Ns are different.
