Initializing GPU-accelereted video processing (CRASH)

Hi, when I open my Sony Vegas pro 14 it crashes on Initializing GPU-accelereted video processing. How I can solve this?

Information:

Windows 8.1 x64 bit Intel core i3

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8500M

I also have a problem with VP14, such that with this option selected, many renderers do not work. With it unchecked, all renderers including Intel HEVC work as they should.
