Hi guys, I purchased the Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16 last week to upgrade from my Platinum 12 version. During installation on my MSI GE62 2QD Apache Pro laptop, it keeps on stopping at " Creating Windows". I have uninstalled and re-installed the program from Magix several times and it keeps on doing the same thing.

I read all the topics about installation but nothing on what is happening to me about stopping at " Creating Windows". I troubleshoot Windows and even updated it. It still does the same thing. So I decided to install Movie Studio 16 in my Surface Pro to see if I will get the same thing and "Viola", it worked! A successful installation. I still can't figure out why it won't finish installing in my MSI laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks
