Move the cursor in small increments-Ctrl+Shift+wheel
Thanks @Former user for the information. However, my mouse has extra buttons and extra thumb wheel and I would like to program them for common shortcuts in Vegas Pro.
For example, I would like to program the thumb wheel to scroll horizontally instead of using the (Shift+wheel)
If you want to see all the listed KB shortcuts, please see Online Help (F1) index > Keyboard Shortcuts
Mouse wheel shortcuts are under the heading "Mouse wheel shortcuts" in that section.
Thanks @vkmast I checked the help and could not find what I am looking for. I was looking for keyboard shortcuts for scrolling horizontaly and verticaly so I can input those shortcuts into my mouse as seen in the screenshot here:
It seems that no shortcuts available for what I want. Maybe Vegas team can add this shortcuts in future updates to take advantage of modern mouses with multiple wheels and buttons like the Logitech MX Master 3

It would take 4 buttons of your mouse since you would have to Scroll Right, Left, Up, and Down. That would tie up you buttons pretty quickly.

Maybe you could contact your mouse maker and ask them to include the custom programmability you wish for use with the Vegas application.
There is an application add on "Macrogenerator2" which works with several NLE's. Apart from using the mouse; control is available via tablet plus "vocal". Maybe the OP should investigate macgen2.
From memory 'Google "macrogenerator" and look for something like azur.......net.

@Musicvid I can program my mouse to use any keystroke combination, so the problem is from Vegas Pro as it does not support shortcuts for every function.

I do find it odd that there are functions like this that don't have a shortcut.
