Legacy text issues

Hi

I've just experienced a problem with the legacy text generator in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 15.

I have a long text that I want to scroll from right to left in the bottom of the screen.

I've chosen a font and added some dark outline. The problem is that when I play it back in the previewwindow it's lagging like crazy. It's impossible to work with!

If I remove the dark outline it gets a lot better but it's still not lag-free. It's only the texts I see this problem. I can add all kinds off effects without problems...

I have already tried chancing the quality of the preview but doesn't make any difference. Even in the lowest setting...

Currently I'm just using the onboard graphics (Intel chip on ASUS Prime Z270-A Motherboard) in my PC.

Can I solve this by installing a graphicscard like ASUS Nvidia GTX 970?

These are the specs of my PC: CPU: Intel Core I7 7700K, MB: ASUS Prime Z270-A, RAM: 16GB Corsair 3200 MHz

Previewing from Generated Media is what Selective Prerender was designed to do.

Selective Pretender is an answer to your question. It's a thing you do.
