I recently downloaded Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 17 to my PC, via Voucher Code in box from Best Buy.
It was working fine, then it asked if I wanted to update the conversion, as updates are available. So, I did.
Once the update was completed, I went to open the Application, just as I did before the update.
It pops up the error code & box, that says it has error, then prompts me to send a message. I did.
I have tried to Uninstall & Re Install the Updated Version, and the 1st Version I ever had. I have tried through the Original email I received for download, and I have tried through my computer by finding the previous apps.
What am I missing here? Why is not working after updated? How do I just get my original version to work? I just want to use it. This has been very difficult so far. Any help would be great, as Vegas or Matrix does NOT have a phone number to call for support.
