Provide media and project properties per the FAQ on the previous page. In the meantime, you can turn off gpu and look for improvement.

Now, back up again, and "find" the FAQ for rewrapping your file using "ffmpeg." May or may not work, but post your comments here, not in the forum FAQ.

Please no one post a link because the learning curve will be lost. We helps those who helps themselves.

I didnt use that link before as it didnt work for me, but I cant find and FAQ for rewrapping a file using ffmpeg

What capture / encoder are you using? It looks like the encoder is not formating the video encode/format properly. Looks pretty typical of low grade video capture gear / software.

Musicvid wrote on 7/15/2017, 12:50 PM

It's in the FAQ. Keep digging, you'll get it!

vkmast wrote on 7/15/2017, 12:52 PM

Note also that you seem to be on the initial VPro 14 build 161. The current one is build 270 (update 7).

Musicvid wrote on 7/15/2017, 12:56 PM

astar, it's that lav encoder that has been so problematic in the past, possibly because it gets misconfigured in some freeware apps. If muxing in ffmpeg doesn't work, a re-encode in Handbrake often does the trick.

Now, using the Search button, type in "OBS Nick Hope," and one of the posts will give you the exact capture settings settings needed to work in Vegas.

It mentioned something about changing bit rate, I changed it from 10000 to 2500 which didnt remove it, then chenged it from 10000 to 20000 and that didnt help either

I just came back from a holiday and had a proper look at the forum, I was looking at the wrong one and found that his settings on Output Settings fixed the problem, thank you for your help :)
