Hacked version.

Hacked version.

What I thought too, cracked, hacked plus no support w/o a key, and probable flag for theft. Best rate besides upgrades I've seen is for student versions.

Note also that the HumbleBundle deals for VP Edit 14 and 15 (+many extras) at ~$25 were legit cooperations with MAGIX.

When those Humble Bundle deals come around, there's no reason not to jump on them. I don't mind being behind the upgrade curve by a couple of versions.

I notice that the link refers to Sony Vegas Pro 17, not Magix Vegas.

In the ad's heading at least as well. So do still many of the newer posters on the forum and some sloppier reviews on the web.

"Sound Forge Vegas" is a name that didn't stick.

"Sony Vegas" stuck.

"Magix Vegas" is still making a name for itself, at least in the vernacular sense.

Most of my issues go back to 13, some nice workflow additions by the magix team also.
