I would like to help you here but to me it is impossible. 1. You are talking about 17, but there exists no VMS 17. There is a new Pro 17 version, but that's another part of this forum for Pro users. 2. The screen you are showing I cannot recognize as a screen that exists in Vegas Pro nor Vegas Movie Studio. 3. In both programs I have never seen such a screen and such a text of scrub at prparing a title. So my questions are - what are you trying to do in which Vegas program? - exactly when that screen is poping up after.........? - can you give another screenshot of the whole interface with also the same message?
The screenshot may be from NewBlue Titler Pro 7 Express. I have seen "preparing title" to stay on for some time, but never the "scrub to refresh" suggestion. There's an item on Scrubbing in online Help. If yours is the NewBlue plugin, you might try asking the NewBlueFX rep that visits the forum, see this thread.
Thanks for the feedback and yes I I magix movie 17 and I also have Titler pro 7. With titler pro 7 standalone there are no issues at all it only happens when I am using as with opening of movie 17. I am glade I bough both but I also realize for me 14/15/16/ all crashes too much and stall or shuts down while in the middle of a big project of mine. 13 seems to give no issues even while opening titler pro. Help me keep 17 or it is a waist of an upgrade.

Is Magix Movie 17 the same as Vegas Movie Studio? If not, then you are on the wrong forum.
I am going to take photos and post everything I am using so that I may be advices properly by the community. My fault on not explaining exactly what I have such as windows 10 etc I will post tomorrow. I may be in the wrong community but I don’t think so we shall see thanks again everyone
That's a message from Titler Pro 7. It shows while a title is being cached. Unfortunately, if you haven't got the Titler Pro 7 UI open on another monitor you have no way of knowing when the title has finished caching. The message doesn't refresh automatically, that's why you have to scrub. The action of scrubbing refreshes the message. If the caching is complete, the message will disappear when you scrub.
The message usually appears if the particular title hasn't been saved. Titler Pro 7 is different to older versions in that each title has to be saved manually when it is first created. Have you moved from Titler Pro 6 (or earlier) to Titler Pro 7?
If you have, check out my video tutorial on migrating from TP6 to TP7. I explain there why the message appears.
