Windows ten, the audio and video tracks are connected. I need to move the video start point to let me use intro music and cover art before the start of the podcast.
A very basic command, select your Event and press "U"
Press "G" to Group.

Then there's the Ignore Event Grouping button on the Transport and Editing Toolbar below the timeline. A couple of recent VPros also have "Temporarily ignore event grouping when moving an event: Hold both the left and right mouse buttons as you drag an event to move it independently from other group members."
