Serial Number being requested (Been using for many years)

I have used my Movie Studio Platinum 14 for many years. Now, all of a sudden, it is requesting a serial number and email address. There is one that is pre-populated, but it does not work and gives error code -24. Please help me. Also, I cannot contact support of the company. Please tell me how to access the software which I paid for. I no longer have the box it came in.

The forum search box is at the top of every forum start page. Type in "error -24", as this question gets asked multiple times each day.
