Vegas 16 won't start - .NET runtime could not be initialized

I had Vegas 16 running good but I was mission option to render with NVENC (which worked before) and some tutorial online suggested resetting the app by holding CTRL+SHIFT+double click on V16. I have done that but it broke my Vegas 16! Now I cannot start it, I always get error below:

 

I tried reinstalling program, C++, .NET framework but nothing worked. I am in the middle of the project and I need to be able to work, can somebody offer me some suggestions please?

I don't know what you did, but:

Uninstall Vegas.

Install Vegas again, using the .NET version that comes with Vegas.

@Musicvid i tried that first. There was no option for .NET version installation when installing Vegas...

Just tried to uninstall and I deleted all folders as well, did not help...

On a clean install it should give you the choice to install .NET

@Musicvid how would you do the clean install? I have install file that I downloaded after I bought Vegas, there is no option regarding .NET Do you know where can I contact support?

So, I had no luck with other option so I went and reset my PC, reinstalled all the drivers etc. Now Vegas works again, also NVENC render option is available. I have no idea what caused the problems. I dah some plugins installed like Magic Bullet Looks 4 or New Blue ColorFast tho...Thanks for quick help everybody!
