This error appears after Vegas18 Logo appears. I had NO problem installing V18 on another laptop. Both are Win 10, both new, a Gigabyte and a Dell, both with 32gb ram, big NVME drives, etc. The Dell has the problem. The 1TB main drive of the Dell is almost empty of programs and data. Help.
