There must be a way to fix this glitch that will never go away. I've had issue with Vegas 13, 14, and 16, and all of them randomly crashes. How is this ever been addressed before? Is there a protocol for preferences?

Tell us exactly what happens when it crashes. Does the screen go white? Is there an error message? It's the details that will help us help you. There are exactly 3,562,431,891 definitions of the word "crashes."

I'm sorry, i'll be more specific. First i'll mention that the video card i have is a Gigabyte GV-R787OC-2GD. i forgot to include that in my explanation of hardware.
During session, it will first show at the very top **not responding. and you see the waiting wheel on cursor.. if you click anywhere again, it fades to white screen.
I have turned off GPU accelerates, I've set the ram buffer to 0, none of any remedies has changed anything.
I've encountered another issue, after rendering, some video tracks do not render, and is blank at playback. the audio remains, but the visual is missing. when returning to the session, everything is there, and no issues during session playback. :(
