I don't even know where to categorize this...I bought a new computer that does not have a disc drive but wanted to add my sony movie studio 11 to it. i come to this website and can't remember my account so i requested a recovery email to all 3 of my emails cause i couldn't remember which one i used and none of them have been sent the email i need. i can't register my product cause it's claiming the serial number has already been registered but when i try to get a download link with a registered product, it tells me that serial number isn't registered which is why i'm assuming using my original account is the way to go but i can't access it and i'm getting no emails so i'm at a loss right now and very frustrated.
