PLEASE HELP sony vegas 19 keeps crashing whenever I try to render

my sony vegas keeps crashing while Im trying to render. sometimes the program will simply just close and Ill get the problem report and other times my pc will completely restart on its own. or it will go to the blue screen. Ive been dealing with this problem for nearly 2 hours you think this would happen with vegas pro 19 thats why I upgraded well think again it does! and boy oh boy isnt it nice. cant even render a 2 minute video with a nvidia rtx 3060 but nooo I simply can not render this video. I am beyond frustrated at this point I have googled how to fix this problem a countless number of times

video after video after video nothing. not even a sign of success this is complete bs. I am so done with sony vegas the only reason why I havent bothered switching is because I dont feel like wasting another couple hundred bucks to teach my self how to use different editing software for the love of god and all that is holy please just help me fix this ridiculous problem.

I have VEGAS pro 19 where do I find the build number because I couldnt find it in the email I got sent when I purchased vegas pro 19 I bought it digitally

Next, do a google search for Unmanaged Exception (0xe0434352)

The first thing I see is: May 11, 2020 — In Vegas or Movie Studio, this error occurs when Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (3.5.1) is either turned off or not installed ...

@Bryce-Harbin - When ever I’ve installed a new Product I’ve had to use my SERIAL NUMBER online to register it. Did you go through that procedure?

 "Sony has nothing to do with Vegas Pro 14 [to 19] unless you have some sort of pirated version of the software."

You may need to contact customer support and include your serial number in your support request.

The title handles about a Sony Vegaspro 19 that crashed when trying to render. Operating Vegaspro without registering/activating first is not possible....
