So, I'm trying to render a video, but I don't know whats is going wrong with the render or what. It's a video for instagram and have the format 2058x2058 60 fps. I'm trying to render using my CPU, with that option Intel QSV. During the edition, the preview run normally, but the rendered video get very bad. Take a look:

About the program that I'm using, my system and etc:

VEGAS PRO 18.0 (Build 373)

My system -----

Intel i3 5015U; 6GB RAM; HDD 1TB; no video card; Windows 10 Home Version 2004 - 64 bits

About the recording----

I recorded using the OBS V 26.0.2, and following these settings. The only difference is that I recorded in 60 fps.

Your system is just capable of working with VPro 18 but has nothing extra.
Be sure Windows and all other things are uptodate, most important in this case your used driverversion for the Intel GPU to use QSV.
I think you have to use version 15.40.47.5166 of 23 oct. 2020.
Yet better is to check the Help file of Vegas 18 : "Check for Driver Updates".

Yes, I updated the driver 2 times for sure. And that's exactly the version that I'm using

So that cannot be the problem. To give possible further help, we need the MediaInfo of your used sourcefile and a screenshot of the ( customized) rendertemplate you used.

I doubt you'll have much luck trying to leverage QSV on an i3 dual core. It may say it's there, but...

Tried a software encoder?

Yeah, looks crazy but I use the hardware encoder with an I3. Yes I tried and it works normally, but takes like 7 hours to render a 2 minute video.

Vegas show me the update, and I installed it a lot of times, ever reseting my notebook, but don't worked. I was reading about the version that Vegas recommend to me, and the release date is August, but the version that I'm using is October, I think the system cannot update to an older version.

Please note that currently (many of) these older builds (in VP 17 and 18) are "no longer available" in "the system". This post section 6 might help with this.
