I used vegas pro 18.0.0.373 with no problem but yesterday i had problem with 98 or 99% render and freeze.

Are you certain you are giving it enough time to write the temp files to the finished files? Sometimes a little patience is all it takes.

nexon wrote on 9/21/2021, 1:01 PM

Yes of course... I saw that fps drops in performance Window (Vegas rendering) when reach 98 or 99% and nothing if i can let it 5 min or one hour still nothing 99%

So Quick update reinstalled Windows clean install then installed newest studio driver and installed Vegas Pro 19 361 build and i dont see nvme codec still...... I will replace this crap software.

File a support request? Scroll up top and click support and don't go to "ask community" (here).

walter-i. wrote on 9/22/2021, 9:29 AM

And link to this thread here in the support request, so you don't have to tell them everything again.

Is there something like create support ticket? Because when i click support there are only solutions but none of mine.

You need to keep clicking on when on the lower right corner you see "Search for other solutions". Then fill in your issue and "Find a solution". A user-created tutorial here.
