Hello, paste doesent work and i do not know why. Before paste or ctrl v works normal. A tried everything, reinstall but nothing happens. All options shortcuts is set normal Please help !!!!
What are you trying to copy/paste? Event, keyframe, something else?

I could not tell what you were doing in the video. If I have a text event and want another copy of that text event, I usually just CTRL-Drag the text event which will then make a new copy. You are given the option of making a distinct new copy that is totally separate or a second copy of the exact same title that will change with the first title.

In the image you are showing you try to write a text directly on the timeline, the image is created by right clicking on the "naked" timeline and not on the marked event where the marker is.
For basic understanding:
The timeline always expects an event to insert, not just any letters that are in the clipboard.
For example, if you drag a "Legacy text" event onto the timeline, then copy&paste of text will only work where text is edited. So if this event is checked, you have to use crtl-c and crtl-v in the properties of the legacy text.
@dada-d to get into the text-edit screen shown in the post above, drop the default-text event onto the timeline as you did, but if the edit screen doesn't open automatically like it does on v16, enlarge the timeline view so you can see the icons in the event's right-hand corner...
The click on the left-most icon and the event settings/text-edit screen should open.
we do not understand i want copy the title or some background and it doesent works !
@dada-d, use a screen grab video to show the whole steps of what you're trying to accomplish, instead of pictures. Then upload it here. I find that is very helpful for people to see what you're trying to do and assist.
