Your company used to lot better than now. You have made a big mistake by not being able to make customers happy. you need to go back to a good school and learn more about running a business. You have to fix this problem as soon as possible or give my 300 dollars back. I will be very difficult to do business with you.
Furthermore, you are in a user-to-user forum here, where users help each other in their free time - and not in Magix's complaint department.
True. But the problem is that Vegas "Support" leads everybody who needs help to this forum. Unless you really know your way around in Magix/Vegas' chaotic support system, you most likely end up here.
Unless you really know your way around in Magix/Vegas' chaotic support system
Totally agreed. These days, even Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot would have difficulty locating support help on MAGIX's website in order to talk to another human being - it just doesn't exist. Unfortunately, MAGIX is not alone here. On the rare occasions over recent years that I've need to get support help from my internet provider or cable TV provider, it's much the same FAQ process along with subsequent 'hidden' or even no phone contact details as is the case with MAGIX. Yes, working from home arrangements over the last 2 years haven't helped, but I think that the dwindling support arrangements has for quite some time been a cost reducing exercise rather than 100% attributable to the pandemic.
The only Support phone number (which may change or not work for your area) seems to be here for "Sales Info". It's been advised though that users try the VEGAS Online Live Chat instead of a MAGIX sales number. The Chat is mainly for "Pre-sales and registration help" but the support reps there are supposed to "forward anything they can't handle to the right people".
I've been away for a long time. Now that I retired thigs are different. The world has changed a lot as you can now see and Magix website has changed too in my view. In is my opinion that the current website is not as friendly as it should be.
I am now convinced that the entire website and the way this online business behaves is a total fraud. The entire site is so baldly designed with labyrinths with disconnected modules to misguide potential buyers and keep the hardly earned money. I have tried to do that! how can I contact anyone in this badly designed site, it is so primitive and I am tired of it. Thx for you help but, it doesn't help at all. It's so horrible that I've came to the conclusion that this is a "total international FRAUD".
@ROBERTO-PONCE I've hidden your order number for security reasons. The number won't help us to help you. As previously stated, you need to contact MAGIX. if you don't understand the advice which was given to you earlier for contacting Support, try emailing shop@magix.net or sales@magix.net and state your issue. Remember to include your order number and your email address. Thank you for understanding.
We've finally discovered that you have provided different email addresses, and that may be the cause of this confusion. I'm sure you did not do this with any fraudulent intent and realize that simple mistakes happen.
I've asked our team to send you another confirmation to your Yahoo address. Please let me know here if you have not received it in the next day or two.
I've also passed your concerns about the website along to the proper team.
