Refund help or at least a tech I can speak with?

david-ruby wrote on 7/9/2020, 3:12 PM

I have been trying to cancel my post 365 subscription for over the past couple of days since I am finding it to be unusable for our work as reported here a few days ago. As well as Vegas Effects doesn't work either. I have gotten the same 2 messages everyday asking for my computer information through "msconfig" and have replied back with the info. It's like a repeating message over and over. I cannot seem to find another way to actually speak with someone. Anyone have any clues before my 14 days are up? Very frustrating.

A cancellation is possible up to 1 day before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net"

@david-ruby

Vegas Pro 18 is also just around the corner, so maybe give it a test after it's released in the hopes it will work better with your system.

Can't help you with the support issue but it sounds like you are receiving emails but your replies are not getting through. I've had similar issues, although in reverse. The remedy for me was to create a gmail account using the gmail client and communicate with customer service that way.
