Thank you so much but I go here and I don't see evidence of my registered Vegas 9.0 .

There is no "My Products" list or page at all.

DEXCON Right, that was a new HD, now I have a new PC and I run into this B.S. every time. I don't recall how I retrieved it last time.

Not to discourage, but Sony Vegas Pro 9 has only rudimentary .h264 capability; I don't know what good it's going to do you in this decade, with the overwhelming majority of delivery being advanced AVC/HEVC.

MUSIC Gotcha...so I'm gonna want them to acknowledge my ownership of 9.0 and then upgrade.

Thank you

Jim

Try Online Live Chat, advice here.

Btw, if you know your old sonycreativesoftware.com log-in details, you should still find the serial number there. See item 8 here.

VKMAST Thank you so much.

I found all my products and orders at the legacy site, up to VEGAS 10 but under a different email, etc.

@JimmyMalm, your log-in (email address and password) for this forum and the log-in you used when your initially registered and activated Vegas Pro 9 with SCS (Sony) can be different. Customer product information from SCS was ported over to Magix in the 2016 acquisition. If you cannot find your old SCS log-in, contact Magix as was stated or email VCS at infoservice@magix.net .

@JimmyMalm try "Product registration".

JimmyMalm wrote on 9/28/2022, 11:00 AM

yes I did, nothing, but I'm good TY. Can download from the old legacy site (which brings me to the new MAGIQ download page) and the old site has my numbers etc.

As MUSIC said however, it may all be for naught, using VEGAS 10, given the massive file sizes of today
