Its always such a relief to exit the forum and go to another site without this irritating bs. It makes it harder to post, edit. Sure, other sites have ads, but i’m not trying to edit on them.

Fortunately the uBlock Origin ad blocker does a great job handling the annoyance, but I hate feeling like I have to use it on one of my fav websites.
There's only one thing worse IMO, and that's when you get off a phone call to a company and are requested to do a "how did we go" survey either at the end of the phone call or the next day via email. The sad thing is that the staff member's job probably hangs on a good response.
I installed a number of browsers on the iPad, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Duck Duck Go. I now use Duck Duck Go on the iPad to read the Vegas forum. I haven't been willing to add extensions to my workstation browsers to make this annoyance go away.
